Working with you to craft your perfect recipe and even assist in the design of your label.
Many of our clients wished to have truly stand out gins and we delivered them fantastic gins that have consistently won medals in local, national and international competitions.
Since 2016 we have worked with Mitch Tonks, acclaimed restauranteur, chef and author, to create Joe’s Gin.
Mitch asked Artisan Distilling Company to incorporate specific flavours that work beautifully with his passion – seafood.
Many years on it is still an established favourite at the Seahorse Restaurant in Dartmouth.
Rum
ARTISAN DISTILLING COMPANY
PRODUCES HIGH QUALITY
RUM RECIPES
2019, Fitz, owner of HonkyTonk Wine Library, Plymouth, approached Artisan Distilling Company to create a bespoke Spiced Rum.
With his team, they spent a day with us for recipe development; making many different rums, and of course, sampling them.
The selection of rum was available to be taken away with Fitz for further market testing, and a few tweaks later and Honky Tonk Rum was born.
Now in ongoing production since 2020, this Rum has become a popular choice for old rum lovers and those new to the spirit.
White Label
ARTISAN DISTILLING COMPANY ALSO PRODUCES STOCK FLAVOURS OF POPULAR SPIRITS INCLUDING GIN, RUM & VODKA.
Darren, owner and vision behind Molly and Tommy Underwear approached Artisan Distilling Company about creating a range of spirits for the LGBTQ Market.
Darren chose three of our white-label recipes to launch his brand quickly and seize the opportunity in the market he could see.
We worked with his label designer and recommended a quality label printing company, to ensure that the bottles brought to life his vision.
He is now working on his next selection of spirit products that he is looking to bring to the market.

Contract
Distilling
CUSTOMISATION IS OUR CRAFT
Wine to Brandy, Beer to Moonshine, Cider to Cider Brandy, our Contract Distilling operation is set up to work with volumes from 100L to over 10,000L.
Finished products can include a spirit ready to age in barrel, mix with other ingredients or in the case of Sherborne Castle vineyard, be further distilled.
Sherbourne Castle had a desire for a gin that was truly linked to their estate. The estate was also looking to make use of some excess estate-produced wine.
Artisan Distilling Company was able to distil their wine repeatedly, in order to produce a unique base spirit with which to craft their own, estate grown bespoke gin.
